Our organization has extensive experience in creating opportunities for nearly 10,000 people with disabilities and disadvantages each year to gradually transition into the workforce and experience career success. Our goal is to give each participant work skills that allow him or her to be self-sufficient for life. Our outcomes speak volumes to our ability to work with difficult-to-place populations: 62 percent of our referrals achieve job placement within 60 days and 80 percent remain there after 90 days of employment.Our unique approach to job training has won many awards, including:

During her time at the agency she has grown contributions significantly (nearly 500 percent), generated start-up funding for the agency's social enterprise, Building Value, and co-authored a business plan named runner-up winner in the Yale School of Management/Goldman Sachs Foundation National Business Plan Competition. Prior to joining Easter Seals WRC, she served as national director of business development at Kelly Law Registry, a specialized legal recruiting firm, and led Kelly Services' offices in Raleigh, NC; Austin, TX, and Decatur, IL. She currently serves on the national board of directors for the Creating IT Futures Foundation and as past president of the board of Parents for Public Schools of Greater Cincinnati. Pam was recognized as a YWCA Rising Star in 2003, and was selected as a member of the Chamber of Commerce's inaugural WE Lead class in 2007.

On December 1, 2011, Pam Green became president and chief executive officer for Easter Seals Work Resource Center and its subsidiary, Building Value, both private non-profit businesses that enable people with disabilities and disadvantages to succeed in employment. She had been with the agency since 2003, and in her previous role as vice president of development and community engagement she was accountable for fundraising, community outreach, marketing and public relations.
