At Easter Seals WRC we have programs to fit the needs of three diverse audiences: individuals with disabilities, individuals with disadvantages and at-risk youth.

Career Readiness Workshop - training seminar for people with disabilities who are considering entering the workforce.
Assessment - evaluation of individual's aptitude through comprehensive testing and hands-on job tryouts.
School to Work Transition - direct support and services to help youth succeed in school.
Families With a Vision - family-centered youth transition service encouraging parents to be resources for one another.
Build skills
Work-based Training - a program to provide you with real work experience in a support environment for people with disabilities.
Summer Youth Employment - employment experiences such as internships
High School High Tech - a hands-on learning program for High School students with disabilities interested in science, math, engineering or technology.
Smart Lab - a high-tech learning center providing hands-on learning experiences for anyone with special needs
Building Value - job-training enterprise in construction and retail for people with disabilities and disadvantages.
Building Ability - a social enterprise employing individuals with severe disabilities in a carpentry setting.
YouthBuild - a national program for disengaged youth to learn construction skills while working toward a high school diploma or GED.
Get and keep a Job
Job Placement - Easter Seals WRC finds the perfect job to match participants' strengths and interests
Building Value - material reuse center training participants in retail and construction trades
Job coaching - participants learn specific job responsibilities from an Easter Seals WRC trainer who works side-by-side with them
Follow Along - Easter Seals WRC follows participants' progress continually so they succeed
Community Link - enables individuals on public assistance to move into the workforce
WorkingSolutions - Connects people receiving cash assistance with the workforce.
