Employment Trainer-Assessment

Do you want to put your passion to work for one of Cincinnati's leading nonprofit organizations? Do you believe in the power of work to change lives? Easter Seals Work Resource Center is currently seeking an Employment Trainer to be responsible for providing job coaching as well as vocational and life skills training to individuals with mental and physical disabilities. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and must be able to work independently and coordinate the Skills Training and Evaluation Services for participants with disabilities. Two years experience preferred. Position requires Associate's Degree or high school diploma with minimum one year of college. Reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance required.  Must be able to perform crisis intervention, first aid and CPR. Click for a full job description.
